What Tests Do I Need to Take?

Effective October 1, 2014, all in-state and out-of-state Elementary Education (K to 6) and Exceptional Children: General Curriculum (K to 12) initial licensure applicants are required to pass the Foundations of Reading test.

Effective April 6, 2019, all in-state and out-of-state Elementary Education (K to 6) and Exceptional Children: General Curriculum (K to 12) initial licensure applicants may choose to pass the General Curriculum Mathematics subtest.
